CodeDuel is a real-time multiplayer competitive programming game where players solve algorithm problems side-by-side against friends or random opponents, with live code execution feedback and instant ranking updates. Built for CS students grinding LeetCode to make grinding feel less lonely and more game-like—complete with match history, streak tracking, and weekly tournaments. The polish is in the live multiplayer sync and snappy UI; the MVP ships with 30 hand-curated easy/medium problems and a basic ranking system, leaving harder difficulty tiers and social features as TODOs.
