A web scraper that monitors eviction dockets across multiple county courthouse websites, normalizes messy HTML/PDF court filings into structured data, and alerts legal aid nonprofits and tenant advocates when new cases are filed in their jurisdiction. Instead of manually checking courthouse websites weekly, organizations get same-day notifications with tenant names, addresses, and case numbers—enabling early intervention before court dates. We built parsers for three major county systems and a simple dashboard showing filing trends by neighborhood to help orgs allocate resources.
